F45 City Square is an independently owned and operated franchise of F45 Training. Bush Fitness LLC is solely responsible for all operations, memberships, billing, and services offered at this location. F45 Training and its affiliates are not responsible for the acts or omissions of this studio.

F45 City Square provides group fitness training services, including but not limited to memberships, class packages, promotional offers, and related services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services, including class schedules, pricing, and offerings, at any time without prior notice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our services, or you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Memberships and Payments

All memberships, class packages, and related services are subject to separate membership agreements executed at the time of purchase.
